Steven Tyler to play NYC's Lincoln Center May 2nd to benefit Janie's Fund
Following the successful November launch of his charity, Janie’s Fund, Steven Tyler announced the organization’s first official benefit and live show. The legendary frontman and worldwide performer, who has toured every inch of the globe, will bring his unparalleled narrative to Lincoln Center for an intimate, one-night-only dynamic theatrical and musical experience.
Presented by Twisted J Apparel, “STEVEN TYLER …OUT ON A LIMB” features the award-winning all-American superstar sharing in-depth stories on stage—from recounts of his piano upbringing to trials and tribulations of life with the band—and will provide audiences with a raw, descriptive look into his life through live music, visuals, and powerful storytelling, live from David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center on May 2nd.
The event will also feature a silent auction with exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and memorabilia, from a week-long stay at Tyler’s Hawaiian home to a limited-edition, hand-shaped artist series surfboard designed by artist Tim Bessell in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation.
